UPDATE 2: Again, I came back to the lobby at Bojangles in Muscle Shoals, Alabama, Wednesday, November 23, 2022, 6:34 pm. Again, no one waited on me, seems they were too busy laughing and cutting up at the drive through. This was my LAST time ever coming to Bojangles. Horrible restaurant chain. [Photo] UPDATE: I though that I would give this location another chance and went there for lunch, Tuesday, November 22, 2022, 1:05 pm CST. AGAIN, no one even made an effort to come to the counter to take my order. I left and came a mile down the road to Jack's. Someone should open a restaurant at this location, there does not seem to be one there now.. Ordinarily, I get great service and food for the Bojangles in Muscle Shoals, Alabama. Not tonight. Making sure they were not about to close, I looked at the open times on the door and the sign said the lobby closes one hour before the drive through. The drive through was to close at 10:00 pm and it was 9:03 pm. I went inside to order and sit to have a quiet meal. When I entered, I noticed that all of the food had been taken up, the floors were very wet, and when I was seen by the creq behind the counter, it was like a look of disgust that I was coming in. I left and went to Slim Chickens where I was immediately greated with a welcome and not disdain. I will rethink my chicken purchases in the future. Not please with my visit to Bojangle's this time.
I haven't been here myself and would like to know who to contact about a job. Just as well, my sister's in love with your breakfast menu. I'll have to try sometime!! I'm told it's friendly service and some of the best food in the area.
The food is good, but the women's bathroom smells like a sewage every time I go in there. I'm sorry for throwing up all over the floor. The smell hit me like a wall of bricks. Clean the bathroom!
We were stuck in the drive thru for nearly thirty minutes and the way it's set up once you get in line if cars are behind you then you can't leave. No drive thru should be that way! What if you have an emergency? We weren't moving so my daughter finally just went inside and when she comes back out she said the girl who was working the drive thru had taken her headset off and was on her phone!
Exceptional customer service and food quality. Staff is always eager to greet new customers and the taste of their famous chicken and biscuits is nothing short of mouth watering. If you are in the vicinity of a bojangles please dont miss the opportunity to enjoy some tasty cajun chicken and homestyle biscuits.

We love this Bojangles! The staff is so friendly and helpful. The chicken is hot and fresh. Ham and biscuits are delicious. Bo-taters are really tasty as well. Best fast food coffee out there. They stay very busy but service is fast. Will definitely be a regular place for us when we are are in Muscle Shoals.

The food wasn't exactly fresh and the service wasn't exactly good. We ate at around 6:30pm and the tea carafes we're already down for the day, which made getting refills difficult and I was also given sweet tea instead of regular tea.
