I have been sick with the flu, so my mother ordered a combo meal for me. They got the order completely wrong. They were asked if it was the right thing before she left and they straight up lied. Asked for tots, got fries. Asked for one sandwich, got the opposite. Ridiculous.

I absolutely love the food here, it's always fresh and absolutely amazing, the staff here are very friendly and competent, don't think I've ever gotten a wrong order from them. 10/10

I ordered online and I got to the restaurant and there was no place for me to park at one of the car hops spots. They were all roped off or had chairs in them. So I parked in a patio parking spot and tried to check in through their website. When I did this it said their system wasn't working. So I called this sonic and no one answered. I called maybe 7 times and no one ever answered. I had to go through the very long drive through line that took over 30 minutes. I told them at the speaker that I had an online order and they said they had it and to pull up. I got to the window and the lady was very rude. She was telling me they didn't have my order. She was assuming that I just came there for no reason. She kept on walking away from the window very angry at me for some reason. She asked me what I ordered and the name on the order. She finally gave me my order that they had ready obviously they received my order. The food was cold since I waited to long and it tasted terrible. Horrible service. Bad food. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FOR THIS SONIC!

Food is always good.  I hear several people complain the wait is a little too much... Well your food is being prepared fresh so it takes a few minutes.  It's good food and fresh so take that as you will.  People nowadays will complain about ANYTHING so if you hear  complaints about this place, go check it out for yourself IF you have not been.

Where to begin? Ordered for multiple people, but this is only what was wrong with my order.  Everybody’s order was wrong in some way. Burger was burnt and dry, fries were only halfway filled, cheesecake shake was actually a Reese’s shake literally the only shake I didn’t want since I hate peanut butter. On top of that, I ordered a backup meal of JUMBO popcorn chicken and it was only the crumbs from the bottom of the bag, rock hard because it was over cooked, and also not filled all the way. My first and last sonic experience. You can’t win with fast food in this area!!

I ordered a sonic blast.. they made it and had it sitting on the table by the drive thru window for about 15-20 minutes.. I’m sitting at the window no one has said anything to me or offered help for a good 5 minutes. I’m watching the employees walk around seeing my ice cream melt.. Finally I get my ice cream.. and it’s soup.. just runny melted ice cream! Not upset about wait times Im upset that I can’t even enjoy something I paid for

The service was very good at the window the lady was very nice and the food was very good would recommend to come again.

I ordered a cookie dough blast and 3/4 of it was plain vanilla ice cream. That's a lot of money to pay for vanilla ice cream.<b>Food</b>: 4/5

We ordered drinks through the app, just two drinks, no food, and we are currently still sitting here almost 45 minutes later. Several other people have pulled up, gotten food, gotten their drinks, etc and all we got was a Cherry Limeade and a Dr Pepper. I won't be coming here again or using the app any longer. Edit: We've finally got our drinks, and they aren't even what we ordered. I truly don't understand how or why it would take nearly an hour to make 2 drinks, and then make the completely wrong thing.

Skip this location in particular. Slow service, it cannot pay high enough wages to ensure it has adequate staff. Drive in lanes are always closed.
