After a referral from another dentist for an emergency root canal, my wife sat there for over two hours only to be turned away and charged $150 since they were to busy. Poorest service I have ever experienced.

I had a great experience at Precision Endodontics. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I was in a desperate need of a root canal and they were able to fit me in as an emergency appointment. They told I would need to be patient and wait until that window opened to squeeze me in; however, I didn't wait more than 45 min before they saw me. After the x-rays were done and I waited for the doctor to come and do the examination, I was offered water, asked multiple times if I was ok and again what a pleasant experience. Dr. Urzua is very knowledgeable and walks you through the process and asks if you have questions or concerns. 
I am soo grateful that they took the time to see me. I have a vacation planned for this weekend and then a business trip next week. I don't know how I'd have survived with the severe tooth pain...I can't thank them enough for seeing me and, in addition, providing an outstanding customer service! Highly recommend to anyone.

I needed a root canal done right away & I had never had one done before; I was in a lot of pain with a cracked tooth & an infection as well. 

I was taken care of immediately and with excellent care. 

I will definitely be referring others to Precision Endodontics!

I HIGHLY recommend Precision Endodontics in Bolingbrook. I went there with sort of an emergency situation. I had a root canal surgery that failed twice because my canals were constricted. The staff was the most pleasant, and helpful ever. Dr. U. made me feel totally at ease, and the problem was resolved within 30-40 minutes. He took time to listen, and that was important to me; I didn't feel rushed. He explained the procedure step by step. Yep! I'm totally pleased with this place, and while I hope I never need to go back :), I would in a heartbeat if I ever experience ANY problems below the teeth level.
