Terrible experience. I booked online and got a confirmation email by the Salon, for Highlights costing $70 (no coupons, just standard online booking). I go to the salon at the time and date of the appointment, and they are extremely rude and say that it's definitely not going to cost $70 for highlights. I showed them the confirmation email, they said sit down we'll call the owner. 25 minutes later, the owner shows up, starts having an intense discussion in a language I couldn't understand with the lady at the reception and says there was a mistake in the price and that they can't do $70, but could do $110 for half-head highlights (!) instead. Of course I left, and by that point I had wasted 50 minutes on nothing.
