Management does not know how to use the reservation system and people are made to wait 3x longer than indicated on reservation time. He dies not account for sick employees nor walk ins.

Horrible experience. If I could give negative stars I would. Warning if you care about your hairstyles don't go here they will ruin your hair. I walked off my seat so they wouldn't continue to chop up my hair. Don't waste your time and money. After all that they still charged me. Be ware!

This place charges $17 to botch your hair and tell you they don't think your instructions will look good on you. Simple fade = buzz cut. Gentle curve = straight cut. Just save your money, honestly. Value yourself enough not to pay to get treated like paper in the hands of an angry toddler with shears. If you are desperate, please, just do it yourself; even if you have NO experience, your novice attempts to manifest the vision of your hairdo will be more gratifying, less disappointing, and MUCH more self respecting than giving your business to this establishment. I learned the hard way. You don't have to. RUN.
