I can't say enough about this studio! I have been practicing in Montgomery for 7 years, and I have finally found my perfect mix of classes and instructors. I generally tend to gravitate to vinyasa and Ashtanga classes, which Amber has killer teachers for. But I have never found a restorative or meditative class that I have been obsessed with until now. Ambers aromatherapy restorative class is to die for, and I always feel 100% refreshed. Megan's slow flow meditation is a must as well! I am so in love with the energy of this studio. Amber has hit the nail on the head, and has created the safest space to further (or begin) your practice. I'm so thankful for her, and I can't wait to see what the future brings!
