While visiting Montgomery, I attended a Tuesday morning class taught by Hannah.  She was an excellent instructor. She offered modifications as needed and was very receptive to a one time, drop in student. The building, a repurposed church, was a little difficult for me to locate but it was being painted and possibly the building number was covered due to that.

Really enjoyed the session.  The instructor was really helpful and  gave good direction.  It was a relaxing class in a pretty space.  The props were good quality and overall a good experience.  The only down sides were: 1. I was expecting hot yoga but it was a normal room temperature and 2. it didn't feel like a real yoga studio.  The price is super reasonable and the space was really welcoming.  Definitely recommend this place.

I can't recommend MJ Yoga enough. I went into it about as stooped over and un-limber as a fifty-year-old guy can, and it's been great for me both physically and mentally. It may be a while before I can do the splits, but I can touch my toes at least. The staff here are kind and encouraging, the classes varied, the times convenient enough with morning, noon, and night classes. Lots of life philosophy and positive vibes along with the sweat. There's a community vibe here that keeps you coming back, too. An all-around great, affordable experience.

Friendly instructors, staffs and students. I just started and joined a couple of classes, but they helped me a lot. The most hardest thing to start new lesson is the first time when you step in, but no worry! I'm sure that they will definitely help you as I was helped. I'm not perfect English speaker, but still enjoy the class.
