We opened January 12, 2009 and we are conveniently located across from the Stony Point Shopping Center at the corner of Huguenot Rd and McRae Rd.

Story

Bon Air Animal Hospital has provided service to Bon Air and the surrounding community for over thirty years. Both Dr. Haney and Dr. Cline have been practicing veterinary medicine since graduating from VA Tech in 1996. Dr. Lipstock has been practicing at BAAH since August 2013 shortly after his graduation from the Royal Veterinary College in London. Dr. Jones graduated from VA Tech in 2001 and started with us in January of 2017. All of our doctors and staff strive to provide the highest standards of veterinary medicine through quality client relations, preventative healthcare and the continuing education of our staff.

I just drove over 2 hours to see Dr. Haney and it was well worth the drive. The front desk staff was extremely helpful. I needed to make a last minute appointment and they were able to see me the following day. Dr. Haney answered all of my questions and never made me feel rushed. He even saw us earlier than our scheduled appt. as we had arrived early. I am very impressed and a special thanks to everyone at Bon Air!! :)

We have been taking our pets here since 2002 and they are simply amazing! I would have given a 5 star review a long time ago, but what made me finally do it was our recent visit.  I had a 16 year old cat that we had to have euthanized.  He was severely dehydrated and unable to eat, drink or walk.  My son and I took him in and we had no clue what to expect as this was our first time having to say goodbye to a pet.  
The kindness and compassion from everyone from the time I called to the time we left was amazing.  They got us in a room immediately, took our payment in the room so we didn't have to stop at the desk on the way out while we were grieving, gave us plenty of time to say good bye, assured us we were doing the right thing, the list goes on....Dr. Haney even took a few minutes to make sure that my 9 year old son who wanted to go with me had any and all questions that he had answered.  He addressed each question with an answer that my son could understand and with so much compassion.  
We have dogs and cats and have never had a bad experience at this office.  After today, they have earned not only even more of my respect but my loyalty as a pet owner.

Very personable. Don't have long wait times. If you call him up with a problem they will get you in that day dr. Haney and the rest of the team are good vet

Best vet ever! We have been taking all of our dogs here for years and they are just awesome. All of the vets are super nice and knowledgeable. The building is nice and always clean. I will never go to another vet.
