The store is pretty small so it has only a limited selection. I have visited the place two times and the workers have always made me feel welcomed, especially my dog as well! If you're okay with only having limited things available to you but customer service and feeling at home is your go to, I'd definitely recommend going here! :)

Two sundays ago, I got here at 8 40. They had already locked the doors even though their sign clearly says open til 9. Customer service is always terrible too. I was waiting behind a woman talking extensively (over 5 minutes) about dog collars to the one clerk. Not asking about them, just telling the clerk about different collars she had at home. The clerk was just staring at her not ringing her items up. There was an open register with no one behind it, so after 5 minutes with a huge bag of hay in my arms i interrupted to ask about the other register, well that's when another clerk comes out of the break room. After telling her about my experience so far she says "well theres only two of us here so what do you want me to do". Thanks lady. So as soon as she touches the computer she says Oh the system just went down. I said ok... How long do you think it will be. She said "Well it says here 45 minutes." and proceeds to walk in the back. At this point i am very disappointed with this womans attitude. I stood there reading the news on my phone, and only then did she offer me a coupon. I can only assume she did this because she thought i was calling the corporate office. My roommate says a man was standing in the store last week trying to give his dog away to people shopping. Is this really where you want to go?

Great place to get all your pet supplies in one place. Their prices are reasonable too.

James and crew have set up a solid fish department. The tanks are clean with a good variety of healthy fish and plants. The smaller store size makes it difficult for them to stock supplies for those of us with bigger tanks but that's okay. They'll happily order any specialty items as needed.
