This shop is fantastic and the owner gets an A+ for customer service. He is incredibly knowledgable about all makes and models, even what he doesn’t sell. The first time I visited I was just window shopping. He asked what my needs were, what kind of flooring I had, and what I needed to know about each model I was interested in. My fiancée and I went back in tonight not even planning to purchase quite yet, but my very skeptical partner couldn’t pass up the vacuum that I picked out. We walked out of the store with a great vacuum at a great price. The second I got home I tested out my new vacuum and I was not disappointed. It performs exactly how I was told, and certainly exceeds my expectations. I’m confident that if I do have any issues, I can bring it in to the store to be repaired...which is ultimately what I wanted; a one-stop shop for all my vacuum needs.

Mom needed a part for her old Electrolux vacuum. They got it, called me, and I was very pleased with the service and friendliness.

i have taken several vacumns there and dont have any complaints..they have a good selection of supplies and refurbished vacs too
