My experience was such that I can not tell you how the surgeons are in this facility because they can't seem to get it together enough to let me make an appointment.  I have tried for two weeks to get the office staff to fax a request to the medical center in Cheyenne, Wyoming.  After multiple calls and repeating the fax number and request to them, they finally got the fax to  Cheyenne.  Cheyenne responded with the requested information inside of two hours.  After this, I had to call back to request an appointment even though this office promised they would call me when they received the necessary information.  After 10 days of them not being able to find or verify they had actually received my medical info from Wyoming (and two failed promises from them to call me back) I decided to pursue assistance elsewhere.  
So my conclusion is, if the surgeons are ultimately the ones who hired this incompetent staff, how can they actually do a total joint replacement.  I would suggest researching hard and long with the potential of driving a little bit out of your way to get superior customer service.  
Rumor has it, the facility I am going to has also fixed some bad replacement work that was done by this facility.  I am glad they wasted my time in this fashion and not with my actual wellbeing.  I was able to call and get an appointment in less than a week.  Good luck.
