They are nice people. Dr Shin was a great doctor. The people here really do want us to succeed in life and our goals. I know I would recommend them to any of my friends or family members! I had my surgery 12/20. And I know they will be with me all the way to my goal weight.

CAMC Weight loss center REALLY dropped the ball AFTER I had been going there for over 6 months. I finished ALL of the pre-requisite appointments and associated appointments with my primary physician, a sleep study, etc. Then the paperwork went to my insurance carrier. WEEKS later I had heard NOTHING from "Amber" or the CAMC Weight Loss Center. I called and called, FINALLY finding that they needed a letter & the sleep study result. AND THEY COULD NOT WRITE NOR CALL ME TO TELL ME THIS IN 3 MONTHS?
