John is a genuinely nice guy!I live in the Chicago area and I had my son's car  towed here when he was out of town, and John was helpful and accommodating despite the inconvenience of dealing with an out of town customer.   He was also very forthcoming about what he could and could not repair in a 2004 Audi A4, but was able to service our car.

This shop was suggested by my sister and I've been three times this year for various issues with my crappy Ford Focus.  They've done a superb job and I've never had such friendly service at an auto shop. Happy to have found my new go-to!

Finding a mechanical provider you can trust is very rare these days.  So, after our first service, I was still sceptical.  Now, after 2 years of using Masters, I am completely convinced.  The level of customer service is exceptional, and it starts from the moment they answer the phone, and continues through even after the service is complete.
They provide reliability and honesty with professional courtesy.  They never forget that I am the customer.

Very helpful and courteous.  The price is competitive with most of the auto repair shops in the area.  Great area to wait as well, several places to dine in or watch the game right across the street.
