Welcome to Bone Physiotherapy & Wellness!

We are a private physiotherapy clinic here to help you with your rehabilitation needs. Thank you for allowing us to assist you in your journey. We believe that your rehabilitation outcome weighs heavily on what you learn here and what effort you put into your own treatment. Here's to living well!

What can you expect?

Initial visit

Your initial assessment will take about 60 minutes. You should bring your private health insurance card, physician referral if you have one, any test results, or special orders if you have them. You will fill out an intake form and give consent for your assessment. Your physiotherapist will take a detailed history, observe how you move and perform specific physical tests and measurements. From this assessment, the physiotherapist will establish a diagnosis and together, a treatment plan will be developed.

Follow up Treatments

Be prepared to bring your sneakers and comfortable clothing to exercise in. Follow up treatments will take 30-60 minutes and will be booked as needed. We ask that our clients take an active role in their treatment to ensure their rehabilitation goals are met. You will be given education and handouts to carry over your program at home.
