Listen to the reviews, Avoid this place like the plague. Poor manners, poor service,  no follow ups. When we were looking for new doctors in Windham we didn't and we regret it BAD. Now looking for new Primary care physician and new Pediatrician.  

They will put you on medication or treatment and  not schedule any sort of follow up. Went in for a few times for my back and the last time my doctor said "I don't have any idea's for that right now"... are you kidding me?  Final straw was being told a medication was "not an option". Excuse me?

They also are almost always far behind. They won't even tell you. You could sit there for 45m after your appointment time and go up and they will tell you "oh we are little behind it should only be another half hour". 

Calling in to schedule? Be prepared to wait on the phone at least 10 minutes, but usually closer to 15 or 20. 

This place just likes to pump people through, As the person below me said, A JOKE

This place is a joke we where just there for a 1150 appt at 1215 i had to go yo ask if thr doctor was running behind final they came out and weigh him for his appt he was then put in a room for another 45 mins and know one came in we ended up leaving without being seem this is unbelievable they treat there patients like this

I've been going here since I was a kid, and I've always enjoyed the staff and doctors here.  Dr. Eugene Paluso is a both a wonderful practitioner and doctor.

My doctor is OK (her patient load is too heavy), but the office staff is very dysfunctional. The patient portal is really a waste of everyone's time . . . very slow responses and refilling prescriptions is less than perfect. If you are considering this practice, I would look elsewhere.
