When my wife and I arrived for dinner last night we had an issue with our seating, where the hostess / seating team did what I felt was a poor job of getting us an acceptable table. I asked to see a manager, and the most wonderful manager came out to talk with me ... she set everything straight, got us a wonderful table, and checked in with me throughout our dinner to make sure everything was perfect. And it was. Bonefish has THE BEST seafood ... and sure, sometimes their busy, hard-working young staff may make a little service mistake, but if you take the time to chat with a manager, you will find their managers are awesome, and they genuinely care. The manager we met turned a bad experience into a great experience, and because of what she did I'll be sure to go back.

Good spot for casual dining and good food. I am a weekly diner. Good friendly service. Only concern is much too frequent turnover of service personnel which inhibits the 'Cheers' experience.

Updated 6/22/2017: It's been several years since we've gone because the service wasn't good and the food was mediocre. This time around we waited 15 minutes for a server. Had no less than 5 servers walk by us and 1 manager. Saw several servers standing around chatting. Terrible. Can't review the food because we walked out. PS. We had a reservation- they knew we were coming and still weren't prepared. Poor management. Never again.

We went last evening and while the Bang, Bang Shrimp appetizer was great, my haddock was tasteless.  So, the manager came over and I told her and asked for some more of the lemon-basil sauce for the top.  The topping didn't seem to help so when the waitress came over and asked how everything was I told her my fish was 'just ok'.  She apologized and asked if she could get me something else.  I declined since everyone else was almost done eating.  My husband liked the salmon, sister liked the lobster tails & my brother-in-law liked his steak.  Anyway, the bill came and even though i left my entire haddock (with the exception of 4 bites) there was nothing taken off of the bill.  So, I got to pay for a meal i didn't even eat.  Probably won't go back.

Terrible! My son and his girlfriend made reservations for their 1st Valentine's Day dinner together approximately 2 weeks ago. They made their reservation on-line for a 5:30p.m. seating. At 7:00p.m. they were finally seated. Are you serious a 90 minute wait when you have reservations? Why bother! Bonefish grill obviously overbook all seating times.  No apologies were offered. You could of at least offered a free appetizers or dessert...but no!  You displayed extremely poor customer service and appreciate . I will think twice before recommending or eating at this establishment in the near future!
