Zach got to our house at a timely manner and was very polite & kind. He had great patience with us not knowing anything about our heating system. He was thorough & explained all of the things we needed to know. He was professional and offered another service he noticed we needed. We called Bonfe to look at our boiler, which wasn't working. The technicians said our boiler was leaking carbon monoxide into our house and the whole thing needed to be replaced. We called another company to get a second opinion and the new technician was incredulous that Bonfe was insisting on replacing the entire unit. He checked for carbon monoxide and and found low levels produced by a very dirty unit that hadn't been cleaned in years. He cleaned our boiler and  replaced a small part to get our boiler working again. When he was finished, he showed us that he was no longer detecting carbon monoxide. That was over a year ago. Our boiler works perfectly and our carbon monoxide detector has never gone off. A second opinion saved us almost 10,000 dollars.

Bonfe has the nicest technicians!! Always punctual and so professional. I had Nick and Evan today and they were great. I love the Piece of Mind program. It is always a flat fee for someone to come and check out the problem. Today I thought I was going to have to buy a new refrigerator and it was fixed for $89!!! Love it :)

MAKE SURE YOU GET A SECOND OPINION FROM SOMEONE ELSE! Previous owner installed sunken ceiling lights and sealed them. Called Bonfe to replace bulb. Representative came out and quoted $1500 not including bulbs. Said new bigger holes needed to be cut in ceiling, replace fixtures, and larger stadium lights for a bedroom. Called a local guy. He cut the seal, showed me how to replace bulb, and fixture fit snugly without cutting new holes. $1500 to replace 5 bulbs? I think not!! What happens when commissions are involved!

Jeff that answered the phone helped us get taken care of and went over and above for us. We truly appreciated the time he put in to making sure we were happy with our services.  We also have worked with Dave who has found and fixed all of our boiler issues and he's such a nice guy on top of it!   As new home owners, we don't know what we don't know so having someone that took the time to ensure that we understand everything and even gave us some tips on other things in our home. Knowing that we have a team like this to relay on helps me sleep better at night.  Thank you Jeff and Dave!!!!
