We had our sink backed up in our basement and Ken’s had a plumber out to our house the same day so we could still make it to our family Christmas. Thank you very much! We really appreciate your help!

Not a frequent reviewer, but alas this experience was horrible. We had basic pipe-plumbing work done and that was decent enough. However, we contacted them for a small follow up about 14 times, offered to pay... Nothing. Every single time, "sure, sure... we'll call you back." No response to texts. No help. No basic customer service, no simple human decency. Really sad, but if you want any form of customer service and transparency, run the other direction. Quickly. Take care, all.

I called Ken's because my dishwasher was flooding my kitchen. I have called Ken's in the past for toilet and tub drainage problems and was impressed with the promptness, efficiency and cost. Today, Ken's explained to me over the phone how to turn off the water to the dishwasher so I could turn the water to the house back on. I appreciate that Ken's saved me a weekend plumbing trip. Other services would have sent someone to the house to stop the water to the dishwasher and charged just for that. Between the excellent service for the toilet and tub and today's advice on how to stop the dishwasher flood, I recommend Ken's 100%. I plan to use them for future plumbing needs.

Ken's provides honest and timely service. I had a problem with tree roots in my main sewer line. 3 months ago I had a different company come out and apparently clean my line. It started backing up again last night, so I posted a message on Ken's website at 8:30 this morning. I received a phone call within 15 minutes of my post. A technician was at my door by 10:30. He stayed and made sure the line was clear before leaving at 11:30. Guess what? More roots! Ken's saved me a lot of $$ by deciding to go this route of cleaning again vs Water Jetting which is what a couple other companies suggested. I will definitely be calling Ken's for all of my plumbing needs and highly recommend them!

First, let me start by saying this went about as badly as it could have possibly gone. We have an old house, and when the drains were backing up, we called Ken and they sent out a tech, Diego. Unfortunately, in trying to get access to the main line our cast iron flange fractured at the cap, leaving a hole several inches above the cement foundation. Diego felt terrible and immediately brought it to our attention, called a supervisor who outlined our options, and another tech was sent out to our house to assist. A lesser plumbing company might have cleared out at that point, claimed no responsibility (because a plumber isn't responsible in a house with old pipes like ours), and left us to find another contractor to repair or replace the broken flange. Instead, Ken's Sewer and Drain was gracious enough to not only repair the hole themselves with industrial epoxy and wax, but immediately finished the job and cleared the blockage from our main line. Lesson learned? If you have an old house like we do, the homeowner is responsible for any damage caused by a plumbing contractor unclogging your pipes. Don't get scammed into a $500-$1000 repair when the inevitable happens and instead use a low cost and honest company like Ken's. I'd recommend both Ken's and Diego to my friends and look forward to using them again in the future.
