Bonnie Rubin Audiology provides a very professional and personal service. Dr. Rubin is very knowledgeable about hearing loss and tinnitus. She has been patient and supportive and has provided me with the appropriate hearing aids to mitigate my hearing loss and tinnitus. I highly recommend Rubin Audiology.
My husband is a new patient of Bonnie Rubin Audiology. The practice was highly recommended by a good friend and we've found the compliments to be true. Bonnie Rubin is very professional, knowledgeable and attentive. She explains clearly, does not rush and is responsive. She is readily available for questions or problems between office appointments.
Bonnie Rubin Audiology is awesome The staff is always pleasant and looking to help I’ve been using Bonnie Rubin for many years and she is the best. I’ve moved over 2 1/2 hours away and still use their services. You will never find anyone like her.
Dr. Rubin is a kind and skilled professional. And her office is also well run. It was easy to get an appointment and there was minimal wait time. Dr. Rubin removed earwax, performed a hearing test, and recommended an EMT. Everything was done well and I would certainly return and confidently recommend her.
Dr. Rubin is helpful, inventive, and totally committed to giving her patients full and informed assistance. The atmosphere of the office is friendly and obliging. You are taken on time and receive complete and focussed attention from the time you arrive til the time you leave. Also, those of us with hearing loss are treated with deep understanding and compassion and every step to improve our problem is taken seriously with no unnecessary sales pitches.
Great place and staff. Not a medical "Group" type of facility, rather a personalized individual facility which is what I love. I felt well received and the service I got was exceptional. I will recommend them to everyone I know.
Dr. Ruben is very knowledgeable, patient, and will take the time to answer any questions you might have. She spent over two hours with me I very much enjoyed the visit and I was glad I did choose Dr. Ruben for my audiology needs
Dr. Rubin and her receptionist were extremely accommodating, professional and knowledgeable. Every aspect of my exam was explained thoroughly. All my questions were answered. I would recommend Dr. Bonnie Rubin and her entire team to anyone who needs an excellent audiologist
Bonnie Rubin Audiology was highly recommended by my mother's physician for assessment of her suspected hearing loss. From the moment we contacted the practice, we were highly impressed by the professionalism, warmth, and support received. We were seen by Dr. Sarah Balsam, who treated my mother with care and respect and took a tremendous amount of time explaining all the processes of the evaluation and results. Her recommendations for hearing aids took into account both best practices, but were also tailored to the realities of cost and benefit. In sum, I cannot recommend Bonnie Rubin Audiology and its staff highly enough.
Dr. Rubin is more than just a excellent audiologist, she is a kind and compassionate person. I first met her when taking my 97 year old MIL to her. She wants first to know how you are? What's going on in your life? Now it is my turn for hearing aids. UGH- but I would not even consider going to another practice. And Chris, the office manager is great as well. I know all about her family and she knows about mine. Such a caring and professional group of ladies.
