Upon entering we were immediately greeted and promptly ushered to a table/hibachi station. Someone came and took our drink and food order. Drinks came out in a very timely manner. 
Chef Sher was amazing. He was interactive,endearing, and hospitable the whole time. 
The food was incredible. Everything was done just right and tasted impeccable.
I highly recommend Bonzai!

You can sit at a hibachi grill or at a table and order all the same stuff. The sushi was good, but it stuck to the plate which made it fall apart a little. The hibachi steak was very well done and had great flavor. Chicken fried rice had TONS of chicken in it, but a little f like flavorless

Too inconsistent.  They cut the meat up in the morning and it's in small pieces and they overcook the chicken. I said it was overcooked and they argued saying they won't serve raw chicken. Not worth it

let me start off by saying this place is the most incredible place i have ever been to in my entire life now granted i have only been in the local counties and i'm no Michelin star chef but i can always recommend this place to anyone that coming here for their first time. let's start at the front now parking could be a little better for my 6 wheel lifted truck but that's understandable sometimes you just gotta squeeze in there but now once you get in oh heck you're greeted by these nice hostesses that make this japanese restaurant feel like a dang bed n breakfast and they elegantly walk you to your table and it's the most surreal experience ever now once you sit down and they start doing all the flipping flopping with the food now that's when it gets crazy i'm a simple guy and i'm used to my food just being served on a good ol texas southern plate but here they're throwing the food at you like we're some seals or something trying to catch a ball but i ain't got no problem with it heck i love the change now i don't wanna spoil too much but let's just say once they pull the onion volcano out it's game over you'll fall in love with this place just as much as i am, thank you bonzai for all your service you've provided me i'll definitely be coming back soon - truly one of your valued customer
