The Book Place offers the largest selection of used books/movies! Operated by The Friends of the Marin County Free Library supporting 10 county libraries
The Friends are a 501 (c) 3 group of volunteers and members working to keep our libraries vibrant and exciting places to visit. We support our ten libraries and the Bookmobile with funding for critical programs, services, or materials. We have long been the primary support for the Summer Reading Program. Our largest source of funding is The Book Place, 1608 Grant Avenue in Novato, selling donated used books, movies and CDs. Stop in and support your libraries in a fun way!
