Gave my card information to a magazine subscription company. My account was charged when they told me I would receive magazines for free for two months and then I would be asked if I wanted to continue the service. I was never asked to continue the service. Books a Million put me on an auto renewal for magazine subscriptions without my permission. Do NOT accept free magazine subscriptions from Books a Million or anyone else for that matter. In the process of fixing the issue with the magazine company.  Sad that Books A Million would scam people! I will not be buying anything from them again and will probably start buying books from Amazon or a more trusted source, if you can trust any of them at all!

Well went here only to spend $20 but left spending $100!!! So worth it though. This place is amazing and has a HUGE variety of things. Not just books but games and phone accessories and so much more.! I love this store....it saves me a trip to Barnes and noble....🤫🤫🤫😉

Even though the prices are sometimes a bit over the top. This place is clean and has some nice vibes and pretty much has every book you'll need.

Always a pleasant atmosphere; wide array of books and other types of products -easy to find; good coffee and customer service. Always plenty of customers in store- so what happened that you left??? Come back, don't leave us to Web buying!

One of the last bookstores in the area. It's still around because it has a good selection and great customer service. It's also a very comfortable place to relax and check out a boom or magazine before you buy it.
