Because you can’t leave no stars, They took almost 8 weeks to ship a muzzle brake, the lady told me that some times the post office dont scan their orders (B.S.) like I’m some dumb ASS!! Any way after 4 phone calls and several emails they finally FEDEX my order. Well,Well it came damaged! So I call and they say they will mail a new one...Never came, even after 2 emails asking where it is. F BOMB this company!!!!

Don't waist your time ordering from here chances are you won't get it for a long time . You will not get any help from customer service in fact she is an ignorant and evil person . My conversation with her left me wishing I could get those moments of my life back after calling her a few unfriendly names i hung up. My next call was the Attorney General office of Mississippi to make a complaint. The still have my money I do not have my order .

Worst customer service of all time. You can't make this stuff up. Ordered a few items totaling about  $170.00 online on a Sunday night. Pretty painless. Waited 3 days to get shipping and tracking info and nothing. Called that Friday and spoke with nice gentleman who did not know anything but said he would call back. Surprise no call back. Gave them benefit that they might be busy. Following Sunday still nothing. Call Monday morning and spoke to a nice young lady who checked on order and said the ball was dropped in their end and because Monday was a holiday it would ship on Tue and she would send tracking number.
Thanked her and awaited tracking number.
Tracking number came 2 days later but when entered at PO . website says not delivered to PO. 
Tried calling that Friday and Mon thru Thur the following week and no one answered phone.  Finally called Friday and spoke to i believe the same your lady from before. Started conversation politely but didn't take long to heat up. Young lady refused to give her name or get manager. When confronted about shipping issue she stated it was out of her hands and it was now my problem with the PO 
I told her she was the most rude and ignorant person I have ever spoken with and she told me don't bother asking for Customer Service because she was it. Called PO and they have documentation that package never was picked up at MAA. Had wife Call back that evening and conversation was worse .Young lady stated that PO  was lying and it was my problem again and she was not helping. Now waiting For Postmaster and AG to call back and I am out money and parts and looks like MAA washed their hands of the entire issue. 
Southern Hospitality and Customer service does not exist at MAA.
If this isn't fraud I don't know what is.
Customer is always wrong is motto from where I sit. 19th day of a long battle for $170.00 worth of parts that all started at MAA but once they have your money it is your problem. Definitely last purchase here.

This is my absolute favorite gun store. Staff is awesome. Prices are awesome.  Products are awesome. MAA IS AWESOME!
