This is such a fun book store! It's the largest privately owned book store in the United States. It has such an amazing, cozy, eclectic type of vibe. They have a great selection and excellent customer service. It's located in the heart of "The Square". Definitely put this on your list of places to visit in Oxford, Mississippi!

Favorite book store EVER. Recently moved from Oxford before the Christmas holiday and they ran out of a book I wanted to purchase before my departure. Allowed me to order it in store and shipped it right to my new out-of-state address! Great customer service and love the local flair and selection. Can't wait  to be back and visit my favorite bookstore in the future!

I feel as if Square books jr has a problem with people of color. My family and I walked in and everyone just looked and stared at us. We walked around looking and I could hear them speak to other people that walked in that was the same race. When we found the books we wanted it was kinda the awkward moment when they had to get the money from me and they drop the change in my hand and not even hand me my books but they did say have a nice day
