Absolutely disgraceful business practices even for a sex shop store owner. For 3 days now we have been patiently waiting for a reply on a faulty product sold to us. Instead of just exchanging the broken product for something else within the store he instead told us to deal with the manufacturer. Avoid this place. I will be mailing them back their faulty product and cancelling my credit card transaction for refusing to cooperate or even communicate. Cheap Chinese products

Staff always friendly, prices are a lil high but what specialty shops aren't these days. The viewing booths are ok but they need to use current videos instead of videos from 1999 lol

Fun place to check out. It's offers a little of everything. Prices are high. I always find the staff friendly and helpful. They will point items out and offer suggestions.
