Let me start by saying the quality of the cover i ordered and (finally) received was great, but the customer service was the worst experience I've dealt with in a long time. Very very unprofessional and didnt seem concerned about customer satisfaction. 
I ordered a 35" spare tire cover for my customer from boomerang enterprise, which happen to be the wrong size (which was @ fault on my end because my customer told me the wrong size). So once we identified the issue, a week later, i called to notify b.e. so i could get the correct cover. Long story short..... i was told the cover was $99 plus $29 shipping. Due to the mishap they suggested either i could pay for another cover to go out immediately or wait and reject the original cover once it arrives and when they receive it they will apply the monies minus $15 (shipping chrg) to the new cover. I said ok, and paid for another cover immediately in order to receive it sooner. I called the next morning to chk on the status of shipping and was notified the new cover wasnt shipped yet. Mind you, im still waiting for the first cover so i reject that. So at this point i have paid out $256. Speeding along....... when they credit my money back from the first order they gave me $69 back. So i called multiple times to find out what was going on and got nothing but attitude and even got hung up on once. Their reasoning for only returning that much credit back was because they claim i was responsible for the first $29 shipping + $15 rejection fee + $15 restocking fee. I asked multiple times how do you charge someone for shipping and charge again for them declining the package. Her reply was.......its what we get charged. So i just bit the bullet to satisfy my customer but i never will do business with this company again!
