This is a great store!  I'm from the deep South and recognize customer service.  The staff is helpful, friendly and very outgoing.  They will make you the very best deal they can.  They will match online prices from anywhere and still offer in store deals.  Amazing.  I'll be going back frequently!

Very cool storefront that used to be a different western chain store. Decent selection, but wait for the very frequent sales.  Better selection of boots at their website even though the store has rows and rows and rows of boots.   The selection of cowboy hats has fallen off considerably, and there is a small glass case with 8 or so breathtakingly expensive hats, and the rest of the hat section is filled with cheap hats.  Also having trouble getting my hats reblocked now; only a few employees seem to know how to use the steamer and shape a hat properly.   I liked this better when it was Shepler's.

I've been in luxury automobile sales for the past 5 years with Audi. So it takes a lot to impress me. Between Addison in Men's boots and April the Manager I am floored at the level of customer service they provided. I wouldn't buy boots anywhere else. 100% I'll be back again for my next pair of boots in the future. Thank you for everything.
