Great selection for the people who like something very specific and often can't find what they are looking for!

I frequent this place and check out their selection on craft beers as I work close.  Their selection is among the best in town! They are a little pricey but they do also have a kick ass rewards program! 

I would recommend at least going and checking them out! 

They have free popcorn and coffee machine - they also do a ton of free tastings on beer, wine, and liquor! It's a very cool shopping experience at Incredible!

This was definitely my last trip in this store.  Their prices are the highest of the four major stores I shop at.  I received a birthday coupon giving me a 50% discount on a purchase of my favorite spirit (up to $20).  What they do is take off the "member price" and give you the discount off the "regular price!"  The perfect "bait and switch."  First of all, no one in their right mind would pay the regular price for their products.  Their competition would crush them.  Second, their member pricing is not that good.  Also, the prices are confusing.  I saw a bottle of Basil Hayden with three prices for the same size bottle ranging from $42 to $52,  I bought the same bottle from a competitor for $29.99 a couple of weeks ago.  I felt bad for the cashier.  He's the one who gets all the complaints from the customers.  He referred me to some dumpy guy walking the aisles (most likely a manager of some sort) who confirmed that, just for today, I am not a member.  I expressed my abhorrence to, what I perceived as, a deceptive way of getting me in the store.  I don''t understand how business owners like those at Incredible Wines and Spirits sleep at night.  I am more amazed how people continue to shop there when there are several alternatives with much better pricing and customer service.

I had a good experience here a few months ago. One of the employees was particularly helpful and friendly. He talked me into buying a bottle of Laws whiskey instead of the Jim Beam I was holding and even though I spent a little extra on it, it was well worth the cost for the upgrade in quality. He also made a few beer recommendations that did not disappoint. I went back a few days ago and the staff seemed vacant and disinterested. When I was finally able to get someone's attention, I asked about the employee who had helped me during my last visit only to find out he's been recently fired. What kind of a business fires the only guy who actually cares enough to help customers? "Incredible" Wine and Spirits? More like IncrediBULLshit.

I'd read all of the unfavorable reviews before coming here, and was prepared to move on to another store if this wasn't a good visit ... they just happened to be closest to my hotel.  I didn't need to go anywhere else.  Not only did they have the difficult to find beer on my shopping list, the price was reasonable, they put me on their loyalty program, offered to box it for me, and the manager got the specifics to order more from their supplier.  Great job.

Fantastic selection with a very knowledgeable and courteous staff. Great prices and dont forget their free tastings on Friday and Saturday!
