Employees very rude came in to exchange sent from another store where there was no problem this store claimed the boots where worn yet they still had tags on them

Service was absolutely wonderful and the range quite good. Walked in to buy some socks. Walked out (happily) with socks, boots and jeans. Best Boot Barn we've been too.

IF YOU WANT TO JUST WANDER THEIR BOOT SELECTION AND FLAG SOMEONE DOWN TO ANSWER YOUR QUESTIONS, THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU. WE HAD BETTER LUCK AND BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE AT WORK WEAR ON MENAUL. MY HUSBAND AND I WENT ON A MISSION TO FIND HIS WORK BOOTS AND THAT WAS BY FAR THE BEST EXPERIENCE OUT OF THE OTHER BOOT STORES IN ALBQ.
