This place used to be a really nice place but now they are rude and acting as if they hate their job and they look at every teenager who comes in has the intention of stealing. Seriously? Get over yourselves.

They wont let me return trucks and when i was buying the trucks the employee drop them on the ground because he wanted to give his friend a high five.  He didnt SET them on the grohnd he DROPPED them, it chipped some paint off.  Fyi i bought the trucks 4 days ago and havent used them, but still cant return them because its apparently on the return policy but i read it and its not.

I absolutely love zumiez but every experience I've had at the Coronado location has been a bad one. The staff is rude to me over basic questions and the past couple times it's been a hassle trying to get help. Today the staff was actually unwilling to help my girlfriend pick up an order she had shipped to this location, it took quite a while for them to just go look for it which only took a minute to find. In all honesty I've had better customer service at Walmart than at this location. Will definitely only go to the cottonwood location or order online from now on because their staff actually wants to help you and is extremely friendly.

I have recently become a fan of this place. The people have been really nice and helpful in a genuine way. They have a bunch of stuff, but it has become my go to place for sunglasses
