They were great at Christmas but we were not greeted nor even smiled at while we were trying on shoes. Left and no one said a word.

Out of what apparently is a big seller. Had to order the jeans from another store. Military discount for active duty only.

Customer service is really bad here, I felt like I was a inconvenience to the employee, as she was hurrying me out of the store. Won't be shopping here again any time this century.

Very helpful staff. Found what I needed. Wasn't crazy about the prices but that's just the way every thing is anymore.

There bit selection is bad. They don't carry any good boots for the actual working cowboy, Cody James brand boots are junk fell apart after wearing them for a month. Bright then back and same thing happen to be pair. Ended up getting my money back
