This girl must still be in school or just finished cosmetology school because she mentioned what her teacher “told her” about hair. And that’s fine, but she should not be working until she knows what to do! I went in to get a simple shampoo and deep condition. I had to direct her to really wash my hair, like scratch the scalp and wash it good. She did not spend as much time washing the back as she did the front. So the back of my hair was still dirty! She washed it again after the deep condition(which she did not rub into my scalp). And my hair is STILL dirty. I said forget it and went on with the blow dry. So she’s attempting to blow dry my hair which somehow ends up tangled up everywhere. So she’s ripping my hair out while trying to blow dry it! I didn’t even dare let her finish or get the flat iron. That was the worse wash ever,  glad it was cheap. But i could’ve saved myself time by washing it myself because that was a less than professional job. Now I’m back at home and have to re-wash and detangle my hair !! Smh

The worst place ever been even with a picture she gave me a totally different hair cut came back to manger to try to fix it but she f..k up so badly not much could be done.never go there.go to the boricks.on.martin and mack. Ask for Nick i have been going to him for 25 years he is the best of the best i kick my self for going there never again.
