Dr. Ferrara is always a perfectionist with a wonderful bedside manner. He and his staff are the best dermatologists I have ever been too, in fact, maybe the best doctors office of any I have been too.

Ferrara Jr the owner hired killers to handle the front desk on the dermatologist side of his business. If you don't pay up at the end of your visit the checkout old hag Michelle killer number 2 will put a gun to your head so to speak in the form of threats in a vicious tone of voice to either PAY or we will cancel your prescriptions! Can you believe that!? What a way to treat a new client. No they're not heartless and careless about you at all! They just want to stick you up on the way out OR ELSE! They don't care if you don't have the money on you and you just wasted 2 hours there. They will threaten to cancel your prescriptions if you don't pay on the way out. Look out for the killers.

Dr Ferrara and his staff are excellent.The front desk greets you right away and are very friendly. Dr Ferrara has a very nice personality and always listens to my needs. I would highly recommend this Dr. & his office!!! Evelyn Denice Penszynski

Nothing but good things to say about Dr. Ferrara and his staff, I'm very excited to go and try other possible treatments as well, because he earned my trust due to his accuracy and precision, without hesitation he took decisive action the first time, and I couldn't have been more grateful. May 17th, 2016 was a spur of the moment decision, I'm used to getting fillers by someone else who has done work on me since I was fifteen year old (chin augmentation) this doctor knew my face along with my obsessive insecurities in regards to my chin and jawline so of course I was safe going to him. Which I was. However when I approached him with my filler idea along my jaw line, he didn't quite grasp how that would work. He was pretty fixated on my chin, as that was his baby and he worked very hard on it. I'm 31 now, I was not able to get in to see this doctor that day, I decided to try someone else. I had heard excellent things about Doctor Ferrara, the rumors proved to be true, I told him what I'd been doing since 2011 when I heard about fillers on TV. I told Doctor Ferrara where the fillers that I had been previously getting were being placed by the doctor ( he was placing them along my chin, which had an implant). Doctor Ferrara without even fully explaining his vision- went ahead and conservatively angled my jaw beautifully, he even used a special syringe to keep it as painless as possible. When he showed me the results of what seem to take him 3 -5 minutes, I was so excited, it was the look I'd been after for years! He read my mind. I walk in, he delivers he exceeds. Thank you Doctor Ferrara! . You kept me looking like me but with the subtle upgrades that I've been after. I will be back to see you! I can't wait! Also a thank you to your warm and well informed staff that assisted you and helped to educate me. I drove away more than satisfied. When you're dealing with a women's body or face, looks in general - it's sensitive, we live unfortunately in a world where a lot of emphasis is placed on looks. To be able to give me results that allow me to wear my hair back, or take away my need to obsess in the mirror for hours. I can just relax and be me when I'm around people (not overthinking my trumped up flaws) it really makes for a higher quality of life. I don't push people to change anything about themselves. However if something is making me miserable and it can be that easy of a fix, because I'm dealing with a Doctor that's incredibly talented and in-tune, and not to mention very reasonably priced, I'm all for it. I suddenly wasn't obsessed with looks any longer. It wasn't about being shallow or vain. I just wanted it fixed. I was constantly aware of it. Let's face it, there are plenty more important things to focus my energies or worries on besides my looks ( just a disclaimer - I don't critique others the way I would critique myself, we of course are typically our harshest critics.) Thank you for being my new go to !

Quality care provided by friendly, experienced and caring professionals. Dr Rick Ferrara is the best in skin care and I would recommend him in a hearbeat.
