Everyone from the reception staff to the nurses and medical assistants is super professional and friendly here! I see PA John, who's great, and we consulted with Dr. Ferrara when I developed a melanoma. Thanks to everyone here for keeping me healthy and giving me a great experience at every appointment!

My daughter is suffering from Guttate Psoriasis, and since the onset of her condition we had gone to numerous doctors. Through a recommendation we decided (apprehensively) to try Dr. Ferrara's clinic. My first impression when walking in was a sense of belonging there and we were welcomed with open arms. My daughter (who is 19-years old) had scheduled the appointment and she said that they were so wonderful with her on the phone. The wait time was less then 10-minutes and we were early. The medical assistant was extremely kind and professional. The doctor was superb. He had expressed empathy and most importantly his professional wisdom was utterly exquisite to say the least. We have yet to begin treatment, but the plan is laid out. My apprehensiveness has been eliminated and I have hope now that my daughter will soon enough be ridden of this awful skin condition, that she has been battling with for the past six months. Thank-you for making us feel as if she is your most important case and for having the medical expertise that we have had yet to find.
