If I could give 0 stars I would. I asked the stylist, Sheila, for a neck trim using a 2 guard. I've been getting this same hair cut for 10 years and never had an issue before. I'm a stylist myself but I can't shave the back of my head, but I know this isn't a hard haircut. Now I'm going to try to do it myself because it would have turned out alot better than this... I don't even understand what she was trying to do. The lines are all uneven(neck line and where my long hair meets the shaved part) and I don't understand why but she shaved parts of the line down to a 0. I said all of the neck area with a 2 guard... I'm so upset. The part she shaved bald is raw and red... Besides that she didn't clean up her station between me and the guy before me, there was still hair on the chair that I brushed off.. and she didn't put her old comb in the barbicide. I won't be back.

I love the guy that does my hair here, they are always friendly and he makes me feel great when I leave.

They were understaffed to the point that they were unable to accept walk in clients

If you need a haircut fast go here, but if you care about how it looks, go to a different location. All of the veteran staff have left within the past 6 months and now employees are come-and-go.
