I hate great clips. HATE. You cant make a phone call appointment. You cant walk in and get a haircut. You need to go online, you need to give your phone number. Everything is complicated and stupid. BUT Adella is so great she makes up for all of it. I drive by at least 20 haircut places to come here

Horrible experience. My Grandfather died and we have his funeral tomorrow so we stopped for quick haircuts as a regular salon couldn't get us in on short notice.  I hate my hair. She cut it shorter than I wanted and kept asking to give me bangs. I don't want bangs I want a face frame. She says my hair is too long for a face frame it will look choppy.  I said if you can't do it without it looking choppy then forget it. She replied ok done then. This is at 19 mile and Schoenherr in Sterling Heights Michigan.

So so.  Some good stylists, some bad.  Asked if I could get my sideburns buzzed same length as my hair and said it was $5 extra for beard trims.  Doesn't know what a beard is...
