First and last time I'll get my hair cut here! I waited forever just to get a rude hair dresser that didn't know what she was doing. When she had finished I had to point out that she missed the complete left side of my head! 32 years worth of haircuts and I've never experienced that one. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

BEWARE THE LACK OF SIGN IN SHEET! My fiance went to this BoRics and there was no sign in sheet. The two workers made eye contact with him and he took a seat. Two other people came in after him and were asked if they had been helped; my fiance never was. Then they proceeded to serve the two people who came in after him. When he brought this up with the staff, they got in his face and gave him attitude about how he couldn't prove that he was there first. They told him that if he wanted to wait they could cut his hair but with the level of incompetence he (understandably) no longer trusted them to cut it. They refused to give him their names so we will be calling the manager (Alison) in the morning. Go to the BoRics on Jonathon Moore Pike instead!!!!

I normally wont write a review, But this time it was a must. After reading one of the reviews that mentioned," Borics wasn't clean" But the customer still stayed and had their hair done was so ridiculous. I have been a long time regular customer for this establishment and never have I seen it dirty. It is worked in, I mean these girls pump out some business. They are always fast, efficient and certainly one of the friendliest groups of women I have ever known. Not only do I continue to get a great up to date haircut here on a regular basis, But have had great intellectual conversations with most of the staff. Shelley and/ or Jamie are extremely funny and professional. You cant go wrong to have any one of these stylist care for or do your hair.Thank you ladies for your service.
