Been a long time since I was last here. I won't wait so long next time. I arrived about half an hour before closing, yet the counter guy was welcoming and friendly. Pizza crust was very good. Kind of thin and crunchy, but had doughy texture where it mattered. Toppings were fresh and plentiful. Sauce is nice, mild but flavorful. 
Bartolami's has been around for a while. I can see why.

Okay, I'll start with the good. This place has awesome food, everything is great.. so you can't go wrong. The bad? The wait for that food. But you know what? Going in.. knowing the food will be amazing.. and there will be a wait.. sets you up for less disappointed. :-)

Best pizza I've had in Vancouver so far. I have tried almost all of them because I eat pizza every Saturday. The cheese sticks were stupendous as well.

Very friendly service. They accommodated a large party (20+) on short notice. The pizzas came out quickly and as close together as their ovens allowed.  We enjoyed the Hawaiian but my favorite was the scalatore, I especially like artichoke hearts so if that is your thing be sure to get them. The roasted tomatoes on the scalatore were tasty too. We'll be back.

Bortolami's Pizzeria serves up some of the better pies in Vancouver. The atmosphere with the bike theme is unique as well.  Limited but decent selection of draft beers available.
