Store owner is definitely knowledgeable in running and shoes fit. Overall nice communicable person. Spent on me about 30min and as a result of it I got pair of Brooks Ghost 9 Neutral with medium cushion - my first neutral running shoes. Before I was always advised to use stability control and had not good experience with Brooks in Army boot camp. As soon as came home did 2mls in moderate pace(16min) and noticed big difference. I did not fight the shoes, running was pleasurable and my posture improved - no over striding, mid foot ground contact and even with heel strike no impact, just accurate landing. I am sensitive to a heel strike due to my write heel being shattered on 7 pieces several years ago. Will visit that place again for trail shoes.

Best service I have ever gotten when shoe shopping. They know their stuff. I thought I had good shoes before but the ones they recommended after checking my gait, balance and habits are the best shoes i have ever had. Friendly and attentive customer service as well.

I just came from this shop. They know what they are talking about and give great advice about running. You know they know their stuff, because they have ran themselves (13:40 5k time). Now that is moving! While I was buying my shoes, I said I just want to look at a neutral shoe and handed him the shoe I was wearing. He went out to the back and brought back 7 pairs for me to try. He was really understanding and made trying the shoes a breeze. I was able to pick and try the shoes multiple times and he was always helping me loosening them up for quick transitions. He told me about the best running trails that he has been on and where he suggests to park. Nothing was rushed and there was a wealth of knowledge. He also went past closing time to help me get my shoes. I don't think anyone can beat that. This is my go to place now when xc/track season starts.

They take time to make sure you have the perfect running shoes for you. Very friendly and helpful.
