I take the bus everyday as of April this year.  5 out of 7 are to and from work. Over 4 hours a day I travel.  My complaint is that in the evening I get out at 6pm and take the 6:30 bus from Lowell to Lawrence, but there isn't any bus that goes to Haverhill after 7.  The bus gets to Buckley at 7:05 most of the time,  but when I've asked the drivers to alert the no. 1 to wait, everyone says no, while others who work for the bus terminal say it's ok to wait 5 minutes.  I've given up in asking...I  work a 10 hour shift and travel over 4 hours.  In turn i have to walk to the train station in S Lawrence to ride the train and gey home by 8:30p. I don't even want to start discussing my Saturday commutes home...help me.....

I ride the buses regularly and find that 99% of them are kind and polite. I'd recommend them to anyone. Other transportation authorities could take a lesson from the MVRTA.

Great service, Excellent Drivers with great knowledge of their routes. I applaud their customer service skill. A little cleaning will help more especially when the uneducated people trash the bus instead of taking their trash with them. i take bus 41 to Lowell everyday and love it.

This is the central station where all of the buses in the town of Lawrence meet up and exchange routes.  There is an office to manage your transportation needs such as buying passes, ticket rides and even paying your own personal bills. You can also get all of your bus schedule here as well. Be aware when waiting outside for the bus, you will encounter occasional odor smells such as urine. Watch out for the graffiti artists as some of the glass tends to be vandalised with immature graffiti content.

Very rude bus drivers at times in Route 1 Lawrence. Either their late or pass by you during their routes. Very unprofessional.
