I was using the service daily before I retired last month. I watched ridership grow significantly over the past 4 years to the point that the very large parking lot is filling up during weekdays and bus overflow is becoming too commonplace. I've never had a problem with the customer service people, always polite and helpful if you are also. If you think you will get on the bus especially during rush hour by getting there in any less than 30 minutes ahead of the departure time, you are a fool and will likely get bumped. The buses are comfortable and drivers extremely polite and accommodating even after driving the commute Hell to Boston.

This is THE best way to get to either South Station or Logan. I've been using it for a decade. Double check schedules for weekend and holidays as they change. This is quite dependable if you remember two things. 1. It's a bus and susceptible to traffic. Leave yourself a big buffer if you are catching a flight especially during rush hour. 2. Many use it as a daily commute so 5-7 am busses can fill. Always plan for that. They have added an additional AM bus to take over flow.

We went from NH to Logan Airport in 2013 It was a fast, enjoyable ride and the price was very reasonable, so we're going to do it roundtrip in 2015.

i was just at exit 8 in Nashua, and i heard the most rudest young red head girl speaking to a customer , she was working behind the counter, i have noticed her speaking to customers before and thought she was just having a bad day, but this is not a professional way to speak to a customer this is twice i heard her speak to 2 different customers. please respond thanks I am rated the customer service at exit 8 not the driver

If you are planning, like I did, to catch the bus to Logan Airport and you want to do it during peak hours (5:45 AM to about 8:30 AM) have a back up plan. They are more concerned about taking "their regulars" to work. I had already paid for a ticket (and was told there was plenty of room) when I was then told there was no room on the bus and I would need to take the next one. With traffic, the delay would have caused me to miss my flight. I had to call a friend and he took the morning off from work to take me to Logan. **I have instituted a "No Boston Express/Concord Coach" policy in my company. We will no longer reimburse the expense for Boston Express if an employee chooses to use them, nor will we pay the difference if they miss a flight because of them. We are putting a conference together for next May '10 that will bring almost 400 people to the area, I will also tell these people to avoid Boston Express as well. **They also need to suck it up and take American Express, because that's what most business traveler's use.
