It's a sad state of affairs at this Boston Market location.  The building itself looks as if it needs to be gutted and re-done altogether see photos for reference The first photo shows the disgusting mold along the wall of the solitary booth found in the dining room.  Standing water at the drink fountain made it a challenge to get a beverage. The entire time we had to wonder what the sanitation rating was but we're terrified to find out. The only reason this place gets two stars is because the sweet potato casserole was delicious.

&lt;&lt;+ So you dont have any of the supplies I need to do my job, but you wanna b!7ch at me because some boxes are outside. I just got to work hadnt even clocked in yet, when Che wants to start crying to me about me not doing my job. Why didnt you jump bad with everybody else that was standing outside with us?? You Che, are lucky I just left. My boyfriend and I are the lowest paid hardest working people there, and everyone else sits on they a55. If nobody takes out trash before we get there, how is that MY fault?? You dont care about your employees, just how much money the store makes. Enjoy serving people food with dishes washed in hot dirty water. I hope you get su3d, and have to close down. +&gt;&gt;

I Absolutely love Boston Market !! The customer service was awesome. The food was delicious . We didn't know that the Turkey is now seasonal. So we were a little  early for that. Also as a Travel Business Owner I love trying  places so that I can recommend them to my clients!!

Update: Boston Market reached out to me. Corporate has it right, just needs to show in the food and service department.  This food is disgusting! They were out of pot pies, they forgot our cornbread, the vegetables are literally rotten, the potatoes are hard and have sat all day and the mac and cheese is cold mush. I can’t get anyone to answer the phone. 40.00 bucks should buy us way more than this! Nobody answered the phone. This is food poisoning waiting to happen.

We got here late because of traffic but they still had a good selection of hot fresh food. Nuk made our visit extra special she was so so nice to me and my children, I appreciate her going the extra mile for us even though we came in late. The location itself may be a little run down but the good food and kind employees make it worth it.

Do not buy the individual meals.  The chicken is dried out and not edible.  I should have known better since it was 4:30 pm.  The sweet potato casserole and creamed spinach were excellent.

I am so pleased with the new team. Ms. Bonita and her team are awesome.  They are kind, professional and take pride in taking care of others.  The restaurant is also clean compared to the best. I will be back soon and keep up the great service.

Definitely avoid this location and understand we did not eat here, we packed and walked in the place was empty and stunk so bad.   I then saw their rating was a 85 I repeat 85 so that’s when we turned around and walked out.  As we were heading for the car an Asian female followed us out asking what was wrong.

I ordered the signature 3 piece dark and asked for all thighs.  The guy at the counter told me he could not do that but he could give me 2 thighs. Before covid 19 they would accommodate my request no problem.  I told the guy that would be fine.  Now when I arrived at my house to eat the meal I found the pieces he had given me most the meat was cut off leaving only a couple bites to eat.  For a almost 10 meal I shouldn't have been hungry at the end but I was.  Dont bother wasting your money.

I once had this location rated 5 stars.  The dining room is falling apart. Most tables have been removed. Broken tile is in multiple places. This was once a great place to get some tasty chicken, turkey, and some nice veggies. At one point they had a delicious prime rib. What happened??? On this visit, the kitchen was out of so many items, I felt like leaving but was starved.  So many restaurants were affected by covid and staffing issues, but this one has been hit harder than others. So sad. I loved eating here
