Omgh what’s happened to Boston Market. New recipes? This entire meal was disgusting. What a waste of money. The cornbread wasn’t nice and crumbly, the Mac n cheese the noodles were over cooked and and tasteless, and lastly the sweet potato casserole didn’t have the nice brown top and was really overly sweet. Please send help to this location ASAP. This stores food is not the same food I remember!

I ordered a 1/2 chicken with mac n cheese and sweet corn as meal sides along with a separate side order of sweet potatoes. When I got my order, there was no corn and they placed the sweet potato as my meal side and I didn’t get the individual side of sweet potato I paid for. I got a huge promotion at work today and chose to celebrate by getting Boston Market because of my childhood memories tied to the establishment. Honestly, there’re worst things in the world, but ultimately, just really disappointed this evening.

Boston Market has suddenly gone to hell. The last 3 times in a row now I have been there they have had a lot missing from the menu. Just now they didn't even have enough chicken for a family meal for three. This is at peak dinnertime. There was a bunch of other stuff missing from the menu too. So I wasn't even able to order anything! It used to be the opposite. It used to be such a smooth operation, totally reliable, never getting any items wrong. What the hell happened?

Had a coupon from T Mobile so me and mom ventured over to get food, the customer service at this location is incredibly lack luster and that’s me being nice, we both ordered half chicken, mine was the Tuscan Parmesan, both had corn, I had the sweet potato casserole and mom had mash potato’s. The chicken was incredibly dry and lacked taste, the corn was bland with no taste, the mash potatoes were hard no taste, only thing that was decent was the sweet potato casserole. We are not happy and most likely won’t be eating at this location or even eating Boston Market ever again!!!

Food was tasty and hot. Staff was kind of slow and nonchalant. Bathroom was awful:  dirty toilet bowl and no paper towels. Makes you wonder how clean cooking area is. I tried to simply think of the food and not the preparation. Ugh!Food: 5/5

Rotisserie chicken always good but everything else was old looking and tasting...No bueno for the price of Boston Market they need to maintain better quality control. The atmosphere not so great but nice enough.  Vegetarian options: Lots of sides for vegetarians  Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly  Parking: Lots and lots of parking

This place is awful. There was no cornbread, no sweet potato, and no gravy. Instead of cornbread, they serve public school cafeteria buns in plastic baggies. One of my sides of the few to choose from was the mac and cheese. Cold, dry, and tasteless. We weren’t offered any substitutions to compensate for the lack of food items and we still had to pay full price. The service was bad and we left disappointed and still hungry. How is this place still open?

This was a tough review. I ordered the new nuggets and they were FABULOUS!   As was the pot pie.  My issue was how long the drive thru took.  If I hadn't had my puppies with me I would have gone in. Way too long and only 2 cars ahead of mine.

Went to Boston market drive through and with four employees in the store and one customer we had to wait 15 minutes IN DEIVE THROUGH TO PLACE AN ORDER. The young girl was rude and decided to take a stand that we are getting free stuff from Boston Market. Told her nothing in life is free. The Ride Cook / Manager decided to come to the window after the girl Went to get her food stating the she did not need to serve us. MANAGER ???  When did customer service call To the way side.  Loses the window and decided not to give us any good and because we paid already needed to give us a refund. What horrible customer service. Rude. Never ever going to any Boston market anywhere

This is not Boston Market chicken at all. Absolutely no taste. They did not have any spinach and Broccoli.   Fake fake fake... Boston Market management better come and check this place out. It is a disappointment and we just wasted our money.
