Place is generally busy during lunch, but the staff works quickly to get you in & out. 1 employee in particular is being transferred to another store, he was the best. I asked for a special order, he completed it & said if it's not done how u wanted it, I work Saturday, come back & I'll remake it for free. Great customer service.
I’m Deaf and absolutely could not hear the cashier even when I asked him to speak up. Both workers had attitudes with customers, they couldn’t scan my app coupon that could be used in-store or mobile for a free smoothie so I had to do a mobile order in the store, then when I finally got my food the bread was burnt on the edges. 2 stars only cuz if you get the Blueberry Bliss with white chocolate it’s always fire.
disgusting. Ordered from this location with DoorDash and they did NOT seal my bag or my drink whatsoever - they gave me the wrong smoothie whatever they did give me was watery and disgusting, could not even distinguish a flavor and for my sandwich, they gave me the “butt” end of the bread loaf. So disrespectful, should’ve gone to Smoothie King

First time here because I normally go to Smoothie King. Their smoothie is pretty good. I got the Island Green and I tried the China Banana Boost they both were delicious. They have some great deals on certain which I will post at the bottom of my review. The customer service was excellent which is something I always love especially going into a new place. I recommend Tropical Smoothie to Smoothie King customers to try.

Firstly, if you're going to put "Caesar" in the name of a food item you should probably make sure said food has that ingredient. Luckily I had some in my fridge to add. Secondly, teach your people how to properly cut a wrap. Someone told them to cut it corner to corner and now I have an awkward taco that's falling apart. Saw someone post a review that said they got smart and stopped cutting them so they wouldn't fall apart. Apparently that employee was "corrected" or quit. Oh, and smoothie was more like juice and chucky ice that blocked the straw, soo...fail on all accounts
The place looks nice and clean. People are friendly. But we didn’t like our drinks, they were like water and some flavors with the water, not really smoothies just flavor with ice/water.
Location is convenient some of the staff is friendly and quick I’ll give them a two since they ran out of whey protein and the Spanish guy who took my order suggested pea protein is just as good. My smoothie was disgusting and after tasting it and stating my opinion he didn’t offer to remake it so thanks but I think I will continue to visit other locations.
I order online to have my order ready before work. There’s a team that never has my order ready at times it’s not even started making me late. I live 30 min away from this tropical smoothie I order before I leave home.
