I truly believe you should write a review when a company and its employees do a fantastic job in getting you set up.  I came into the shop three different times to check out bikes for my first major spendy road bike experience.  Both John and Gregg were awesome. They listed options, sizes, comfort zones, and technical abilities in each bike.  They were not pushy and they set up each bike for a trial so that I can find the right feel and get all the experience I needed to make a decision on my own.  Which of course was tough due to the fact I liked multiple bikes and had a hard time deciding. Again, they did not push me into a bike, instead they helped me find my way by asking questions and finding out what would work best for me.  After I found the correct bike, they walked me through the entire process of items needs to ride today and items for the future.  The whole process was awesome and I plan on becoming a repeat customer and a firm promoter of their business.  Thanks guys, you deserve a solid 5 star review.

They don't know anything at all about e-bikes, don't take any e-bikes here. The technicians however are great otherwise, very friendly, very nice tech staff. Thanks to the great techs, I gave them 4 stars instead of 1.

Good shop with friendly employees. Have bought a bike here which was an easy and efficient process (ordered a bike which arrived within the week). They also replaced a bolt on an older bike that we did not purchase here quickly and for free on a busy afternoon.

Until today, my experiences have been positive here, but never again!  After following THEIR recommendation for a product that didn't work, they refused to refund me for it!  What the heck?  They said that their policy is not to offer returns on used parts.  Well, the only reason that I bought the stuff is because you recommended it.  They did offer to "set the tire up for free" after I told them that I just installed a tube after their recommended orange slime crap didn't work.  Just a waste of time and money.  I try to maintain my support for small businesses like this one, but these guys won't see me again.  And to think, you could have just refunded me the $20.  I will gladly drive the extra 5 minutes to Woodinville Bicycle.

I have worked with Aaron over the last couple of years for a few bike purchases, he has always given excellent customer service. I appreciate the welcoming atmosphere in the shop, they have good products, knowledge, and work with all customers to help get people riding bikes. Keep up the good work you guys!
