Rated this place low due to how rude the lady was. I feel service makes every place! But being rude to your customers because you changed your mind about something they offered is unacceptable. The place of business gained money there was no loss so she should have been happy but because more paper work had to be done she was rude. I reserved the Uhaul online, so I'm not sure what the deal was. I will not be back there though.

Decent place. Hard to get to if you are east bound. Lady we dealt with wasn't the happiest person in the world but she wasn't rude or unkind.

Great price, and loaned me a car when they installed my hitch. I pre--arranged everything on the phone, and they were on top of everything when I arrived. Highly recommended. FYI, I got the 2.5" hitch for a 2014 Subaru Outback. It's been great for the bike carrier.

Nice folks with quick and courteous service. Loaned us a hand truck no charge too.

Easy to work with, flexible and very helpful. Move from Boulder to Evergreen went great. Really awesome 20 foot truck! No problems with this uhaul location.
