Closetbox

I am a student in ASU Down Town Phoenix campus and I am so appreciative of closet box. I am in Colorado now for summer break . Closet Box picked up my stuff from my apartment, moved it and is storing it until I get back to a new apartment in Phoenix. I really appreciate the one stop shop for moving, storage and re delivery with no hassle and for the same price it would have cost just for storage. The movers paid a lot of attention to detail and were friendly and courteous. Having a concierge at Closet box plan everything and be a pleasant empathetic professional was an added bonus. What more can you ask for?

I've used Closetbox two different times and there is a reason I keep coming back. The price for the service is excellent and really stands out from companies where you have to store stuff yourself. The free pick up is amazing especially if you have heavy items or furniture. Anytime I have a questions, they email me back right away and customer service has been nothing but amazing.

I discovered Closetbox online when I needed it the most. I didn't have to lift a finger once the gentlemen came to move our belongings. They had great service and took care of all the items we wanted to go to storage. We had a dining room table I was unsure if we needed to break down. One of the guys took all the parts down for us without complaints, even when we offered to do so. I really enjoyed my experience with Closetbox and will recommend them to anyone!

Closet box was amazing! Their staff was so friendly and helpful throughout my move! They were excellent at calling back, and moving me in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone who needs an affordable professional moving service!

This company is TERRIBLE. The office staff were incompetent. They lost my stuff. They moved my stuff without telling me and then couldn't locate it when I wanted to pick it up. When we finally determined where my stuff was and told them when we were going to be there to pick it up, they were not ready for us when we showed up. Complete and utter incompetence. Happy to charge my credit card but worst customer service experience of any company I have ever dealt with.
