I threw my son's 2 year old birthday party at Bounce U and it was A BLAST! Everyone, even the adults had fun. I'm so glad I chose them to celebrate my son's birthday. The party hosts were amazing, Lena,Ash,Andres & Angel. I didn't have to worry about a thing of planning or having the party on schedule and in order. It was stress free which I LOVED! Can't wait to return for open jump. It was awesome! Thanks guys! :)

We had a birthday party for my son! We checked out the place before the booking! The girl who helped us that day was helpful. However, when they called me to confirm or when I wanted to add-on something to the party I was always with one of the lady and she didn't seem very nice. She wasn't friendly and if I asked something she would just seem annoyed and gave a straight answer. Ok fine- party day was great. The time in the bouncy house just seemed to quick. Some of my guest were stuck on the highways Friday night and I wasn't allowed to extend time because there were back to back parties booked. 30 min just seemed way to quick. Overall kids seemed to enjoy a lot! Food was great. We ordered food for the adults and kids. They were two pies of pizza on the side and my guests thought we ran out of food. After the party was over I was told we have so much leftovers so that was a bum! I wanted pics so we bought the package. Unfortunately I don't have a decent picture of my family and I together. We had another child in our family photo. I wanted to make sure we have a nice family photo as requested. The picture quality is not so great! I upgraded my cake to 1/2 sheet and had so much leftover. I did mention to pack the leftovers but there was no cake. The party helpers were high school boys and seemed to help a lot and I appreciated their effort but with the amount they charged I expected more.

This was probably one of the best places to have a party. The rooms were awesome every kid that came (ages ranging from 3 months to 12) had a blast! Even the adults! The people assigned to our party were really great too. Usually you get those kids who are off to the side with the duh look on their faces not wanting to be bothered. Not here. The people assigned were really awesome. Really engaged, friendly and just wonderful all around. Bravo Bounce U Brav-o!

The staff was very friendly, helpful, and made everything easy for me. Yahira was amazing. She kept me updated throughout the party. The service alone is reason for me to come back. The kids loved the bounce house. Even the grown ups loved it.  I would definitely recommend this place to all the moms that I know.

The host were great, the children had a blast. The host did such a great job making my birthday girl feel so special!!!! Second party here and both parties came out a hit. Thank you so much.
