I had a birthday party here for my son in September.  Staff was great, party was great.  HOWEVER.  We did not receive our 30 minute jump passes that we were supposed to receive to come back.  It has been 2 months of me calling and leaving voice mails (because the staff is just too busy to answer the phone  apparently), and emailing the manager with no response.  I got 1 voice mail where I was told they were in the mail.  Still never got them.  Now it may seem silly to complain about something insignificant as jump passes, but when you paid $700 for a birthday party you want to get what you paid for.

Attended a birthday party for a 5 year old here. A  unique and fun experience that my kids would not stop talking about.

Awesome place for kids.  They even have mommy and me baby/toddler exercise. How cool is that and during that time no one else is allowed to jump. In school hours are different in winter and summer. The water is over priced,  I can't say sneak it in but I'll leave that to you unless 5 bucks for water is cool with you.  Both my daughter n nephew had birthdays there, staff was helpful and awesome.
