Maple Hills Veterinary Hospital provides veterinary services, dogs cats and small animals, pet store, boarding and multiple locations with 24/7 emergency services to the Allentown PA Area.

We are the veterinary hospital with a heart. Everything that we do we keep your pets comfort and health in mind. Our expert veterinarian services can help you to keep your pet healthy. Dogs, cats, hamsters, guinea pigs and more can get the loving medical care that they need at Maple Hills Veterinary Hospital. We also offer boarding services for the times that you have to be away from your pet!

We have been going to Maple Hills Vet for over 30 years. I can't say enough about the care and understanding we have received from them. We have taken cats, dogs and even a snake for treatment. The staff is extremely caring and I would never go to another Vet. Great Job Maple Hills !!!

Really wish I would a read reviews before coming here! But had no choice needed immediate help. Surgery costs me double what they quoted. Was told my dog had lymphoma. Worse case I'd have a yr and that they had removed all of the infected spots. Only for a couple days later come to find out she had an infection and that there was 2 spots on her liver that they never told me about till then. They kept my dog for blood transfusion. She was doing good. Started eating Friday and again sat and Sunday I get the dreaded call of your dog has past? How do you go from doing good to died? DO NOT come here if you love your pet. After this had happen I visited my dog one last time. Was told that the doc would call me that day yet to discuss the bill and my options. Of course no call I call the next day nothing's ready no phone call back. 3 days later they get back to me to give me my final bill. That was everything cremation and all. WTF I was shocked mad stunned. How can they do whatever they want without discussing or getting consent? I see it as we screwed up quick burn the evidence. I'm so outraged at this place they need to be shut down! Please take this as a heads up to avoid this place from all costs. Take other people's reviews just as serious. Total spent here was around 10,600.00 rediculous! I spent it thinking my baby was going to be OK or at least had another yr with her. She was only 3yr

Read reviews before you come here. If you care about your pet and it's health, stay away. If you do make the mistake of coming here, question your bill prior to paying it. Somehow mine changed 3 times in a matter of an hour. (I'm not talking hundreds difference, but thousands). This place is unethical, insensitive, has zero compassion and takes advantage of you at your most vulnerable moment.

If you don't mind getting robbed of your money then come here. This place has some of the worse service and awful billing practices I have ever seen. They will come up with bogus diagnoses and an unnecessary amount of procedures to run up a bill. I've brought my dog there only to have my time wasted, not get responses back from the two vets that run the place and then get a surprise bill almost double what I was told the bill would be. Avoid at all costs.

This place uses unethical business practices. When we went to pick up our cat we had to wait 90 minutes for a bill to be generated "off site". When we looked at the bill it listed the same procedures using different descriptions. When challenged about this we were told that we'd have to talk to the "off site billing person who would not be available for some time". After waiting 90 frustrating minutes we decided to just pay it and move on. Then we received a bill in the mail saying we owed more money because they forgot something - even though we had a bill marked PAID. Don't trust these people, their billing practices boarder on fraud!
